Seamlessly weaving a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the scientific method with strong faith in Christ, the Vatican Observatory is a unique entity.  In addition to the community of scientists among whom it works, the Observatory seeks to speak to men, women and children throughout the world - who are clamoring for information and to understand the "big questions."  Who am I?  How did I get here?  What is my place in the universe?  How does all this fit in with my faith?

Researchers at the Vatican Observatory make contributions to our understanding of these questions every day.  With help from benefactors, the VOF is working to increase its outreach and visibility among Catholic families and the general public.
