After 33 years of commendable service at the Vatican Observatory Father Juan Casanovas S.J. returned to the Jesuit Province of Tarragon in the fall of 2009. Fr. Casanovas is very knowledgeable in the History of Astronomy, especially in the Gregorian Reform of the Calendar.
