Antony Van Leeuwenhoek was amazed by the tiny things he and his daughter Maria could see with the powerful microscopes that he had taught himself how to build.  Antony loved to learn about the world of tiny things—tiny things whose little perfections revealed, he said, the power of God. 

This book was written by Christopher M. Graney of the Specola Vaticana & the Vatican Observatory Foundation; it has a foreword by Br. Guy Consolmagno, S.J., Director, Specola Vaticana, President, Vatican Observatory Foundation.
